Teacher Professional Biography: Mr. Owens has a B.A. in Art Education and a M.Ed in Elementary Education. He has been with Richland One for 33 years, 12 as principal of H.B. Rhame Elementary. Mr. Owens has taught second through eighth grades in both regular and gifted and talented classrooms. Mr. Owens enjoys reading, fishing, the beach, and the company of his wife, Judy, and two sons. Two dogs and two cats complete his family.
