Form for parents to complete if they want to visit the classroom.
Parents/Guardians,
If you would like to visit your child's class please complete the following request within 24 hours of the requested visitation date. You request will be approved or denied by the principal or designee. All visitors must sign-in/out at the front office prior to the agreed upon observation time with a valid SC ID. A visitor’s badge will be issued and the principal or designee will be notified. The class observation shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes. The visitor shall not interrupt the classroom setting or the instruction; therefore, the time of the visit will be determined by the principal or designee. All cell phones should be silenced or turned off to the protect the privacy of the students and teacher as well as to not interupt instruction.
